I had a circuit blow during a rainstorm which caused all the lights in the apartment to go out. Thought it was going to be a big job, but Rich was able to come early the next morning and fixed it in 20 minutes. His rate is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Awesome service, will certainly use again if needed. Fixed our bad wiring problems and replaced a panel quickly - our home is safer as a result. Communication along the way was timely, kind, and professional. Great company.

I must say that this company has the best service I have ever experienced. Very punctual and very reasonably priced. He gave me a quote and showed me how I can save a lot more money with his tips on how to conserve and save energy. I recommend this company for any of your electrical needs. They treated me as if I were family !!

We bought a fixer upper and we were in desperate need of an electrician. One we could trust. Well thank the heavens for NYC Queens Electrician. He came out asap as promised. Made everything like new again such as our Fan replacements, multiple outlet repairs, installed all new fixtures flawlessly. The communication was impeccable. We knew what was going on every step of the way. To this day if we have any emergency repairs, he is the guy to trust. With a commeeical business anything can happen and we cannot afford to have electrical issues. NYC queens electricians is the company you need in your back pocket to ensure all your electrical needs are meet. The best part of the great customer service is the multiple ways we can pay him. Richard was able to come by same day to help with all our electrical questions. He is very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and even had some good jokes along the way! Would definitely recommend and he is my go to guy now.

Richie took my call on a Sunday and set up an appointment for that Tuesday. His associate Devin came to help us out, showed up on time, fixed the problem neatly and quickly, and was an all-around professional. I felt like I was in good hands and am happy with the service. They will definitely be my first choice moving forward for our electrical needs.

Amazing, amazing service! I had an electrical emergency in my apartment on a Saturday. I called countless electricians. Most never called me back. Some said they were sending someone, but never showed up and didn’t return my calls. Rich responded to me in a timely manner, and guaranteed that he would send someone in two hours. He showed up, troubleshooted the problem, and corrected it in about an hour. He charged a very reasonable price too! I cannot express enough how helpful and professional he was. Best electrician around!

Rich was highly recommended by a co-worker and lived up to every word. I've used him quite a few times now. Everything from installing a light fixture to completely wiring an extension on my house and swapping out my electrical panel. The man is trustworthy and I value his opinion on all things electrical. His work is always done in a clean professional manner ahead of schedule. Best of all his prices are more than competitive. I will continue to use Rich and recommend him to my friends and family in the future. Happy to give a positive review for such a good guy.

I used NYC Queens Electrician for the first time & I am very pleased. Richie arrived & we discussed the job in my tenant's apt. He explained thoroughly how the job would be done & exactly what strength of cable I needed, how much power was required. They brought a heavy duty cable into the 3rd fl, for use in a new electric stove. Richie was very knowledgeable, professional, personable. I found his price to B competitive & fair, he was kind enough & willing to work w/me, which I appreciated. His two workers came a few days later & did an excellent job, expediently, with as minimal destruction as possible & keeping the dirt contained. The 2 workers, Carlos & German were great, friendly, very knowledgeable & clean. They worked hard & got the job done timely & cleaned up nicely. I was extremely happy, with their repair to my ceiling & wall. I couldn't even see where they broke the wall & ceiling to place the cable. They repainted the entire kitchen ceiling & bought the identical color paint for the wall & it looks perfect. They patched it so well, U'd never know any work was done there. I highly recommend Richie & his guys, I'll use them for my other projects in my house. They are great!! Thank U, sincerest, Jane

HIGHLY recommend! Richie was responsive and able to schedule my work the same week I reached out. The price he quoted was the price I paid after the work was completed. Devin, the electrician who did the install and repair, was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy with the results and will use them again.
